The best Cutco service is always factory service. They have all the machinery necessary to restore any Cutco knife to 100% of its original sharpness. Many of our clients appreciate the convenience of our service, since they do not have to be without their knives for weeks.

Our method will bring most edges to about 85-95% of the original sharpness. If we see that you will be better off having your products factory serviced, we will package them and ship them for you. The company then sharpens your knives, and ships them back directly to you. In this case, there is a nominal shipping fee.

There is no obligation whatsoever to make a purchase during our service & sales appointment. We will familiarize you with Cutco products you might not have seen in the past, and showcase new and exciting products and programs that Cutco has released, but we will never pressure anyone to buy anything they do not want.
