Is this as good as factory sharpening?

The best Cutco service is always factory service. Our method brings most edges to about 85-95% of the original sharpness. If factory service is better for your knives, we package and ship them to Olean, NY for a nominal shipping fee.

Are you going to try to sell me more Cutco?

There is no obligation to make a purchase during your service and sales appointment. We showcase new Cutco products and programs but never pressure anyone to buy anything they do not want.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely! During the booking process you can add a guest to the calendar. We love meeting families and friend groups who love Cutco.

Do you still make house calls?

We offer limited in-home appointments for individuals who are unable to make it to our office. Fill out our in-home service form and we will contact you to schedule your appointment.
